Motivational Fitness & what it means to me:

 

I was a very disorganized person, not having proper meal times, not being able to get my 7 year daughter to go to bed when she should, and not getting her to school on time and just wearing myself out trying to fit in to much, not eating the right foods and putting on weight and suddenly you can’t  fit into your favourite jeans anymore or look good or feel good when you out.

 

Just by talking to Nhaylene help me in one week I had changed my attitude we are eating at proper times and get my daughter to bed and getting her school on times.    I still have the odd day were it goes wrong but that’s not very often now.  I was able to take a step back and realized if I didn’t have time to fit in everyone than that's just stuff my family life comes first.

 

I have been going to Motivational Fitness for 4 months and have found it really rewarding to me, I have lost 6 lbs. overall and have lost inches on my waist, arm, legs but have gained on my bust.

 

I look back at my pictures when I first started in November 2006 and I never want to get back to looking like that.  Nhaylene has been my saving grace without her I would still be overweight, not attractive and a very disorganized person.

I am a long-standing member of the MBT Club run by Nhaylene from Sweaty Betty at Bluewater. I have really enjoyed the walking sessions. Nhaylene cheerfully motivates us to do an average of 6 laps of the upper gallery at Bluewater, checking that we use the right technique, then picking up the pace as we progress and finishing by stretching out our muscles. It is a very sociable way of exercising!

Not only does Nhaylene greet us with a friendly and welcoming smile, she motivates and spurs us all on no matter what else we may have going on in our busy lives. It's one of those perfect times to air our thoughts, familiarise ourselves with the benefits of our much improved postures and nutritional advice. We cherish our fortnightly catch ups on all the new goodies that Sweaty Betty's has to offer and being updated with the latest TV soaps, what's going on at Bluewater, up and coming events etc
 
There are lots of positives that Nhaylene brings us, I look forward to each walk as she makes it so enjoyable, a great place to meet both old and new friends makes it a sociable occasion as well as a healthy one.
