Pregnancy is now more recognised as a unique time for behaviour changes and there is no doubt that exercise is good for both mother and baby subject to medical consent and the absence of any contraindications.
I can help expectant and new mothers maintain their baseline fitness. This can help boost energy levels, relieve backaches and improve posture. It does this by strengthening the postural chain muscles, reduce constipation, improve sleep, and you will look and feel better.
I will help prepare your body for birth and regain your shape quickly afterwards. You’ll feel great whilst preparing to be a mother and be healthy and fit to love and cherish your new arrival!
