As mentioned on the welcome page here you’ll find loads of quick tips, true stories, workouts, and loads of other good bits and bobs to help you keep healthy, organized, focused, and most importantly motivated.  Have a great time on the site and please feel free to contact me for more information.

Okay, Now I’ve done the plug lol.  Here’s a bit about me.

I’m a happily married wife for 10 years to Johnny Hussain. Johnny is a Personal Developer, so we keep each other pretty motivated and always try to find some part of the day to talk. 

I am also a proud mother of 3 , Jayden who is 10, Jarred who is 5, and baby Jaicob who is 2 years old.  As you can imagine 3 boys keep me quite busy, with school runs, football, swimming, the baby nappy changing, and the cup spills.  Yes you could say I’m a full soccer mom now, but I love it.

I still try to find time for my hobbies of course, swimming, working out, reading, and I do love a good movie. 

I ‘m also lucky enough to do work with Sweaty Betty,  I do quite a few events for charity, and I’m building a business that I hope will one day be a leader in providing personal trainers for women.  A company with true women values.

So in closing I’m just trying to keep motivated, have a balanced life, enjoy every moment, and finally help other ladies do the same.
